Thankfully life for the residents and tenants at Schonfeld has pretty much returned to how things were pre pandemic. Visitors, social activities and outings are at the same level as would have been the norm. We’re still cautious and careful to adhere to infection control procedures to ensure everybody’s well-being. Staff continue to wear facemasks and test for Covid-19 frequently.
Agudas Israel Housing Association is a charity. We don’t operate for profit, and we only charge tenants/residents the amount that is needed to cover the Home’s operating costs. Moreover, applicants will not be turned away due to a lack of funding. Contact us to discuss your situation and we will work with you to ensure that you have a safe and comfortable place to spend your later years.
Your concern is understandable. That’s why we do a thorough pre-admission assessment in which you talk to us about the level of support – if any – that you are currently seeking. You set the terms and we strive to give you all the space and independence that you need. Moreover, if you ever feel that you want more/less support than you are getting, our team will work with you to adjust your support until you feel satisfied.
